Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash operations including forecasting, position analysis, and liquidity optimization
- Oversee banking relationships, negotiate terms, and manage transaction processing
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for currency, interest rate, and counterparty risks
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal treasury policies
- Prepare comprehensive treasury reports and financial analysis for leadership review
- Coordinate with retail departments to support working capital requirements
- Monitor market conditions and advise on investment opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of treasury experience with retail industry preference
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Certification in treasury management (CAMS, CTP) or finance (CFA, CPA) preferred
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and banking systems
- Proven track record in cash flow management and risk mitigation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
