Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily cash positions and bank balances to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Prepare accurate and timely cash flow forecasts to support management decision-making.
- Execute fund transfers, bank reconciliations, and monitor daily banking transactions.
- Liaise with internal departments and external banking partners to facilitate efficient financial operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all treasury activities and financial reports.
- Monitor interest rates, foreign exchange exposure, and other financial risks relevant to company operations.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end treasury reports and compliance audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in finance or treasury (especially in agribusiness) is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Solid understanding of financial accounting processes and banking operations.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across different departments.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
