Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute daily treasury operations, including processing payments and managing cash disbursements.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure all accounts are balanced.
- Monitor daily cash flow and liquidity levels to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and treasury reports.
- Coordinate with bank representatives and financial institutions for account management.
- Assist in preparing monthly treasury reports and financial summaries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local banking regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or banking operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
