Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash flow forecasting and liquidity optimization
- Execute and reconcile banking transactions across multiple accounts
- Prepare accurate daily/weekly financial reports for management
- Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for working capital management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Support month-end closing processes and treasury audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 1-3 years of treasury or finance experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in Excel and financial management software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian banking systems and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
