You'll oversee daily treasury operations including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking relationships. Develop and implement treasury policies that align with our rapid expansion while ensuring regulatory compliance. - Supervise daily treasury operations including cash management, liquidity monitoring, and risk assessment
- Develop and implement treasury policies/procedures aligned with company growth objectives
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate optimal terms for financial services
- Prepare comprehensive treasury reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor treasury team members while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Optimize cash flow through strategic forecasting and working capital management
- Coordinate with international partners requiring Mandarin communication
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years treasury/financial management experience with supervisory background
- Native or fluent Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cash flow forecasting and risk management
- Advanced knowledge of banking systems and financial regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and treasury management software
- CPA/CMA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
