Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash flow operations and optimize liquidity positions
- Analyze financial markets to inform treasury investment strategies
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks including currency and interest rate exposures
- Prepare comprehensive treasury reports for senior management
- Develop and maintain banking relationships for corporate financial services
- Coordinate with internal departments to support financial planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury, banking, or financial services
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and Excel
- Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and financial markets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in treasury management or CFA is advantageous
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in cross-functional teams
