Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and interactive online trial classes for prospective students.
- Assess the learning needs and proficiency levels of students during trial sessions.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our educational programs to parents and students.
- Drive the sales process by converting trial class participants into enrolled, paying customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, feedback, and conversion metrics in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the academic and marketing teams to refine trial class materials and sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional follow-up support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A deep passion for education, mentoring, and helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, sales, or customer service is highly advantageous.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to keep online audiences engaged.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- A reliable internet connection, a functional laptop/computer, and a quiet environment for conducting online sessions.
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Degrees in Education, Communication, or Business are a plus).
