Tanggung Jawab
- Assist engineers in conducting tribological and material performance tests.
- Monitor and record production data to ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of engineering equipment and laboratory instruments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety (WSH) and environmental regulations at all times.
- Prepare technical reports and document findings for engineering reviews.
- Support the team in inventory management and procurement of engineering materials.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of material properties and basic mechanical principles.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic data entry software.
- Highly analytical with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be comfortable working in the Pioneer / West Region area.
