Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily trucking operations and dispatch schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with drivers, clients, and warehouse staff to manage the flow of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo manifests, delivery logs, and delivery receipts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot logistical issues on the road and optimize delivery routes to reduce costs.
- Manage communication between the dispatch center, fleet, and customers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or Business Administration (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in trucking dispatch or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine road networks, traffic regulations, and loading regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS systems, and fleet management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
