Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily trucking schedules to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of shipments.
- Coordinate with fleet drivers and third-party carriers to optimize routing and minimize transit costs.
- Track and trace cargo status, providing proactive updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure full compliance with transport regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including delivery receipts, manifests, and shipping logs.
- Analyze transport data to identify trends and recommend improvements for cost-efficiency.
- Resolve transport-related issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or route disruptions efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in trucking coordination, dispatching, or transport operations.
- Strong knowledge of Metro Manila routes and general Philippine logistics geography.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and manage relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under high-pressure environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support 24/7 trucking operations when necessary.
