Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily trucking schedules and dispatch operations to meet delivery deadlines
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively address transportation delays or issues
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams regarding logistics updates
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, costs, and vehicle maintenance
- Optimize routes and transportation methods to minimize fuel consumption and transit time
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve supply chain disruptions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in transportation coordination or logistics role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local transportation routes and regulations in Northern Mindanao
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when necessary
