Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and dispatch trucking fleets to ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide route instructions and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle status, driver hours, and delivery schedules.
- Proactively identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks or route delays.
- Process shipping documentation, delivery receipts, and load manifests.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize fleet utilization and reduce empty miles.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and local transportation regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in trucking dispatch, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong geographical knowledge of Laguna and surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Excel, Word) and basic dispatching systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
