Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily trucking dispatches to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide route instructions and troubleshoot transit issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and government transportation regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize loading and unloading processes.
- Address and resolve any transit delays or vehicle-related concerns promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking, dispatching, or transport operations.
- Strong knowledge of Metro Manila routes and traffic management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic logistics management software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Port Area, Manila.
