- Operate truck weighing equipment with precision to ensure accurate weight measurements
- Document and record all truck weight data in compliance with company protocols
- Verify weight measurements against delivery/pickup orders to prevent discrepancies
- Maintain clean and functional scale equipment through regular inspection
- Communicate weight results to drivers and logistics team members
- Report equipment malfunctions or measurement irregularities to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols while operating weighing equipment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic experience with industrial weighing equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills for driver interactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
