Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily operations of the trust administration team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of client transactions and requests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from Citco offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and other international locations, resolving complex queries and providing exceptional service.
- Review and oversee the set-up, administration, and closure of trust structures, corporate entities, and special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering (AML) / Know Your Client (KYC) procedures.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings for assigned portfolios.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and mitigate operational risk.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Tax) to address complex client structures and transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in trust administration, corporate services, or fund administration within the financial services industry.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of corporate secretarial practices, trust structures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with international stakeholders (fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a distinct advantage for servicing HK and SG clients).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software systems.
- Result-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
