Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Provide accurate information, process returns, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Adhere to established call scripts and quality assurance standards.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times to enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the team lead and peers to achieve daily and monthly KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Willingness to work onsite in Cainta, Rizal.
