  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team leader and peers to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process enhancements.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, quality standards, and call scripts.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and continuous improvement workshops.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
