- Provide exceptional financial support to customers through real-time chat interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide accurate product or service information.
- Guide customers through complex financial processes and transactions with patience and clarity.
- Collaborate effectively with the Team Leader and fellow team members to achieve daily and weekly KPIs.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the system.
