Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming calls and emails to assist customers with hotel reservations and booking inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, rates, and availability to potential guests.
- Process room modifications and cancellations efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the team leader and support staff to achieve daily performance targets.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude during high-volume call periods.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Good command of the English language (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are preferred.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Sta Rosa facility.
- Must be willing to undergo training and mentorship programs.
