- Deliver engaging and effective instruction across multiple subjects to students of varying age groups and academic levels
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning objectives
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and assignments
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to facilitate academic improvement
- Create a positive, motivating learning environment that encourages student participation
- Collaborate with teaching staff to refine curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Track student attendance and maintain accurate academic records
- Prepare students for examinations and standardized tests
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (or equivalent teaching experience)
- Strong subject proficiency across multiple disciplines including Mathematics, Science, English, and Humanities
- Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or academic coaching (tuition center background preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with students
- Patience and adaptability to work with diverse learning abilities and styles
- Creative lesson planning and instructional design abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
