- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students at Primary or Secondary levels based on the MOE syllabus.
- Utilize AGrader’s proprietary teaching materials and lesson plans to ensure consistency and quality.
- Foster a positive and high-energy classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Provide regular, constructive feedback to parents regarding their child's academic progress and areas for improvement.
- Mark and grade student assignments and mock examination papers with accuracy and timely turnaround.
- Manage classroom discipline professionally to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere for all students.
- Collaborate with the centre management team to ensure the smooth delivery of academic programs.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, a specific subject major, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring (experience with MOE schools or established tuition centres is highly preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of the latest Singapore MOE SEAB syllabus and examination trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both students and parents.
- Charismatic, energetic, and 'stage-ready' personality to keep students engaged throughout the lesson.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to the scheduled class timings in the East Region.
- Strong passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic goals.
