Robinsons Land Corporation, one of the Philippines' leading real estate developers, is seeking a dedicated Turnover Engineer to join our Residences division. As a Turnover Engineer, you will be the face of RLC Residences during the critical unit turnover process, ensuring each buyer receives a quality home that meets our high standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the physical turnover of units, conducting detailed inspections, identifying and resolving defects, and maintaining accurate records. You will serve as the primary liaison between buyers, contractors, and project teams to ensure a seamless handover experience.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong engineering background and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate has experience in quality assurance or construction inspection and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

- Conduct comprehensive pre-turnover inspections of residential units to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate turnover schedules with buyers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient handover.
- Document and follow up on any defects or issues identified during inspections, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to buyers, addressing their concerns and queries during the turnover process.
- Prepare and manage turnover documents, certificates, and checklists.
- Monitor rectification works and ensure compliance with standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with project and construction teams to improve turnover processes and quality.
- Ensure all turnover activities adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, turnover, or construction inspection in real estate.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and quality control processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
- Willing to travel and work at project sites across Metro Manila.
