Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, train, and mentor a large team of tutors to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality instruction.
- Optimize operational workflows and scheduling systems to maximize tutor utilization and student satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to academic excellence and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to scale learning programs across the Southeast Asian market.
- Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of teaching and curriculum alignment.
- Resolve escalated student or parent concerns with a focus on retention and service recovery.
- Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for program improvements and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the education, EdTech, or service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage distributed teams effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and data analytics platforms.
