Millibean Cafe + Roastery is a passionate startup cafe located in the heart of Ermita, Manila. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Baristas to join our growing team. As a Barista at Millibean Cafe + Roastery, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages while providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, following strict recipes and quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and checking for freshness.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and offer recommendations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of professional Barista experience preferred.
- Strong passion for coffee, tea, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
