- Conduct type rating training for airline crew converting to Airbus aircraft
- Evaluate and assess trainee performance through practical and theoretical examinations
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company training standards
- Develop and update training materials, syllabi, and assessment protocols
- Conduct simulator sessions and line checks for pilot certification
- Maintain accurate training records and performance documentation
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure program compliance

Kualifikasi
- Valid Type Rating Instructor (TRI) certification for Airbus aircraft
- Minimum 5,000 flight hours with Airbus aircraft type experience
- Current and valid airline transport pilot license (ATPL)
- Strong background in aviation safety management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in curriculum development and training program design
- Knowledge of ICAO regulations and EASA/FAR standards
