Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth by actively promoting and selling automotive tyres to a diverse customer base.
- Provide expert consultation to customers regarding tyre selection, sizing, and vehicle compatibility.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, and invoicing.
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain an organized, appealing showroom display.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or Diploma/Degree qualification.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or tyre industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on resolving issues effectively.
- Valid Malaysian driving license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and sales management systems.
