Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test plans, scripts, and cases based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing to ensure system stability and quality.
- Document test results, track defects, and provide clear reporting to the project management team.
- Conduct UAT walkthroughs with business users to facilitate sign-off.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and suggest improvements to the testing process.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with company quality standards and project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UAT or software quality assurance.
- Proficiency in creating test scenarios from Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience using test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural team environment.
