Tanggung Jawab
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases to verify system functionality against business requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects using established bug tracking systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and validate test scenarios
- Participate in system migration activities, ensuring data integrity and functionality
- Support licensing operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare comprehensive test documentation including test plans, test cases, and defect reports
- Communicate testing progress, issues, and resolutions to project stakeholders
- Adhere to testing methodologies and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experience with test case creation, execution, and defect management
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with government or public sector projects is a plus
