Elitez Group is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Gombak, West Region, Singapore. In this contract role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences that delight users and drive business results.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user insights and business objectives into seamless interface designs. Your expertise in user research, wireframing, and prototyping will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our digital products.

- Conducting comprehensive user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to visualize concepts.
- Developing high‑fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

- Participating in Agile sprint planning, design reviews, and cross‑functional workshops.
- Maintaining and evolving the design system to ensure consistency across platforms.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end‑to‑end design processes from research to final implementation.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, low‑fidelity prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define feature requirements.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and performance standards.
- Maintain the component library and design tokens within the design system.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user‑centered designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and translate them into developable specifications.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front‑end development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
