Tanggung Jawab
- Translate user requirements and business goals into functional wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps.
- Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for web, iOS, and Android applications.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including UI components, typography, and color palettes.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and high-quality implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization to improve overall product quality.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of UX research, interaction design, and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Creative Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience in creating responsive designs and mobile-first interfaces.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a significant plus.
