Tanggung Jawab
- Design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define feature requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and refine designs based on data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across all product platforms.
- Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Participate in agile sprint planning and design reviews to maintain project velocity.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging UI/UX trends, design tools, and accessibility standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) working as a UI/UX Designer, ideally within a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, visual hierarchy, and interaction design capabilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first strategy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex user workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design rationales to non-design stakeholders.
