Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive UI/UX design strategies for mobile applications.
- Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.
- Maintain and expand our internal design system to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems based on analytics and user feedback.
- Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically for mobile platforms.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of visual design, layout, and typography.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively.
- Experience with interactive design and animation is a plus.
