Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct user research and analyze user needs to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product vision and translate business requirements into design specifications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive style guides, design systems, and component libraries.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and strictly aligned with Maxis' brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with prototyping tools and a basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
