Tanggung Jawab
- Translate user research and business requirements into elegant, high-fidelity UI/UX designs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction ideas effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners, to ensure technical feasibility and implementation quality.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs and improve product performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, design tools, and best practices in UI/UX for banking and digital finance.
- Ensure all digital products comply with accessibility standards and human-centered design principles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the fintech or banking sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
- Experience in conducting user research, prototyping, and wireframing.
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and technical team members.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- A proactive problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail and aesthetics.
