Tanggung Jawab
- Design and prototype user interfaces for mobile, web, and desktop applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Understanding of responsive design principles and front-end development basics
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
