Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design high-fidelity UI mockups, visual assets, and design systems that align with the company's brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software developers, to translate design concepts into functional code.
- Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and data-driven insights.
- Ensure consistency in design language and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the UI/UX industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI/UX Designer, preferably within the software or e-commerce industry.
- A strong, portfolio showcasing a variety of UI and UX projects with clear case studies and process documentation.
- Proficiency in designing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing techniques, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
