Summarecon is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer & Web Support to join our growing digital team. In this role, you will be the bridge between design aesthetics and technical functionality. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive user interfaces, maintaining design systems, and providing hands-on web support to ensure our digital assets deliver a seamless user experience.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and is passionate about accessibility (A11Y). You will work closely with our development teams to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect technical documentation while monitoring conversion metrics to optimize performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain high-fidelity UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for company web applications.
- Create clear, structured, and developer-friendly documentation to ensure seamless design-to-code implementation.
- Implement and advocate for WCAG accessibility (A11Y) standards across all digital interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor, analyze, and optimize conversion funnels and user engagement metrics.
- Provide ongoing web support, troubleshooting UI-related issues, and performing regular site audits.
- Continuously test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytical data.
- Manage design assets and maintain a consistent design language across all Summarecon digital platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related creative/technical field.
- Proven professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web-based projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and limitations to ensure feasible design handoffs.
- Knowledge of web accessibility best practices (A11Y) and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar to track conversion.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex design logic to technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
