Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality user interfaces.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional development.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Define and maintain a consistent design system and visual language across all digital products.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive product vision.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in UI/UX Design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products and improving user engagement metrics.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects across web and mobile platforms.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) and a passion for creating seamless user journeys.
