Tanggung Jawab
- Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Create compelling graphic assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on design concepts.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless hand-off and implementation of designs.
- Maintain a consistent design system and component library for scalability.
- Optimize user flows to maximize conversion and engagement rates.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both UI/UX and graphic design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Sketch.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, and site maps.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Understanding of basic front-end development (HTML/CSS) is considered a strong advantage.
