Join EMAPTA as a UK Mortgage Case Administrator and take the lead in managing end-to-end mortgage cases for our prestigious UK clients. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work in the financial sector without leaving the Philippines, complete with a mid-shift schedule that allows you to enjoy your weekends off. You will be the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring that every mortgage application is processed with precision, adhering to strict UK regulatory compliance standards. Your role involves meticulous data verification, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional service to clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of UK mortgage applications from initial submission to final closing.
  • Ensure strict compliance with UK financial regulations and internal company policies.
  • Verify and reconcile documentation to guarantee 100% data accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders regarding case progress.
  • Update and maintain case files and CRM systems with current information.
  • Resolve queries and escalate complex issues to senior management promptly.
  • Adhere to the mid-shift schedule to support UK business hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in a banking, financial services, or BPO environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of UK mortgage processes and terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
