Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver dynamic English lessons focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills for diverse age groups
- Develop creative lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with curriculum objectives
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Foster an interactive classroom environment that encourages active participation

- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development
- Implement culturally appropriate teaching methods for Indonesian learners
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker from the United Kingdom
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
- Teaching certification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience
- Excellent communication skills with strong command of grammar and pronunciation
- Patience and creativity in adapting teaching styles for diverse learners
- Commitment to Christian educational values and professional ethics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
