Join Micron Semiconductors as a Senior Engineer in our North Region operations. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our construction and maintenance efforts for critical Ultra Pure Water (UPW) and Waste Water Treatment systems. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the technical integrity of our water infrastructure, ensuring it meets the stringent purity standards required for advanced semiconductor fabrication.
Your primary focus will be on system optimization, troubleshooting, and project management. You will prepare and present comprehensive progress reports, performance data, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, supervise, and optimize Ultra Pure Water (UPW) and Waste Water Treatment systems to meet semiconductor fabrication standards.
- Monitor system performance metrics and conduct root cause analysis for process deviations or equipment failures.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, system performance data, and technical recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company quality procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including construction managers, operators, and quality assurance personnel.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of treatment equipment, including reverse osmosis, filtration, and chemical dosing systems.
- Manage project timelines and budgets for water treatment facility upgrades and retrofits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in UPW or Waste Water Treatment within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of water chemistry, ion exchange, reverse osmosis, and filtration technologies.
- Proven experience in construction supervision or project management related to industrial facilities.
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills for reporting to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) and environmental compliance regulations.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
