Tanggung Jawab
- Market official Hajj and Umrah programs through digital channels, community outreach, and direct sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective pilgrims to understand their needs
- Conduct detailed presentations on pilgrimage packages, requirements, and spiritual significance
- Collaborate with travel partners to ensure seamless pilgrimage experiences
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on religious travel regulations and industry best practices
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout their pilgrimage journey
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Deep understanding of Islamic pilgrimage procedures and cultural sensitivities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with strong persuasive abilities
- Proven track record of building client relationships and achieving sales goals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Valid Indonesian travel industry certification preferred
