This is not just a job; it is a calling. You will serve as the spiritual guide and logistical master for pilgrims undertaking their sacred Umrah journey. From the initial consultation and package selection in Malaysia to the comprehensive guidance on the ground in Makkah and Madinah, you will ensure every aspect of their pilgrimage is seamless, educational, and spiritually enriching. Your role as a sales executive is equally vital. You will utilize your deep industry knowledge and interpersonal skills to actively promote our Umrah packages, generate leads, convert sales, and contribute directly to the company's ambitious growth targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, guide, and manage pilgrims throughout the entire Umrah journey, ensuring adherence to religious rites and schedules.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote Umrah packages to individuals and corporate groups.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and product briefings to prospective clients.
- Manage all trip logistics including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, and local transportation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly resolving any issues or concerns before, during, and after the trip.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay abreast of the latest travel regulations, Umrah policies, and market trends to offer the best value packages.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or a Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mutawif, Tour Leader, or Guide for Umrah/Hajj trips is mandatory.
- Strong sales track record with demonstrable experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (proficiency in Arabic is a distinct advantage).
- Possess own transport and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
- In-depth knowledge of the holy sites, rituals, and protocols in Makkah and Madinah.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
