We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Underground Project Manager Load & Haul to join our team in the Freeport – Indonesia operations located in Timika, Papua Tengah. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of underground Load & Haul (L&H) fleets, including Load Haul Dumpers (LHDs) and haul trucks.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for haulage activities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, including K3 (Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja) standards and environmental compliance protocols.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operators, technicians, and support staff.
- Coordinate with technical and planning departments to align haulage strategies with overall mine production targets.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in underground mining operations, with a specific focus on Load & Haul systems.
- Proven track record in project management within the mining industry, demonstrating the ability to manage complex operations.
- Strong knowledge of L&H equipment specifications, fleet management software, and operational efficiency principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
- Valid PMP or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work in challenging underground conditions and adapt to shifting operational priorities.
