In this critical role, you'll be responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing comprehensive UC systems that integrate voice, video, messaging, and collaboration technologies. You'll work with industry-leading platforms including Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Avaya, and other modern communication solutions to create seamless, secure, and scalable communication ecosystems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level unified communications systems including VoIP, video conferencing, and instant messaging platforms
- Configure and integrate UC solutions with existing IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, and network systems
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive maintenance to ensure optimal operation
- Develop and document technical specifications, deployment plans, and operational procedures for UC systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand communication requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Stay current with emerging UC technologies and industry best practices to recommend system improvements and upgrades
- Provide technical support and training to end users and IT staff on UC systems and features
- Ensure security compliance and implement best practices for UC system protection and data privacy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise unified communications systems
- Strong knowledge of UC platforms including Microsoft Teams, Cisco UC, Avaya, or equivalent systems
- Experience with VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323), video conferencing solutions, and collaboration tools
- Proficiency in network technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations
- Certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator, or equivalent preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
