Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the clinical laboratory, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly
- Manage and supervise laboratory staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
- Ensure compliance with laboratory accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless laboratory services and patient care
- Monitor laboratory performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Manage laboratory inventory, equipment maintenance, and budgetary responsibilities
- Stay updated with the latest laboratory technologies and best practices in the field
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Master's degree in Laboratory Science or related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical laboratory operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional license as Medical Technologist is required
