Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of financial advisors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve unit and company targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistent growth.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Foster a culture of high performance, integrity, and client-centric service.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to align unit activities with company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales leadership or team management, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent understanding of financial products and the local market in Pangasinan.
- Professional license (e.g., Insurance Commission license) is highly preferred.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
