Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of financial advisors to reach peak performance.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed branch unit targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Oversee daily unit operations and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to implement new marketing and client acquisition strategies.

- Analyze market trends in the Pangasinan area to identify new growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales management, team leadership, or financial services.
- Strong background in recruitment and talent development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to set goals and motivate a team to achieve results under pressure.
