Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of financial advisors to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth and market expansion.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Organize and lead regular team meetings, training sessions, and motivational activities.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial data, and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry (insurance or banking preferred).
- Proven track record of leadership and team management success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
